Project Description

Situated in a 2,000 sqm property with ample scenic views of the bay, this development is an ideal artist's retreat. The design which gets its inspiration on the traditional Asian architectural elements suits very well in its lush vegetation. No trees were removed in this development as a matter of design principle.

The development consists of the Pavilion where guests are accommodated and entertained with the artist's works and collection; the Studio which is positioned next to the Pavilion (not shown in the Site plan) houses the artist's work area; the Masters Kasetas as the artist's abode and which is sited to maximise the view of the bay; and the Maid's quarters. The development is not complete with its entrance gate which is in harmony with its over all design.
