The design of this complex surrounds a larger upper level garden and open-air courtyard, and the mirror-finish modular glazing system.

A simple open plan layout to the office floors offers maximum flexibility for the various tenants. There was a high priority for access to natural light and ventilation through the ‘scaled’ façade to increase amenity and lower energy consumption.
