Project Description

Mixed-use holiday accommodation and retail project here in the popular Australian seaside town of San Remo, Victoria.
The development features strip shopping tenancies to the main street of San Remo overlooking Western Port Bay. A new pedestrian link with arcade style retail connects the
main street with an existing supermarket and public carpark to the site’s rear.
Above are 3 levels of residential apartments, all featuring panoramic coastal views with large balcony spaces and open planning.
The architectural language for this project seeks to offer a sensitive yet dynamic addition to the primary Marine Parade streetscape. Featuring nautical-themed elements and a
careful hierarchy of built form massing, the design is finished in a classic Australian coastal material palate.
