The Enclaves at North Point - Clubhouse and Amenity Core

As part of the exclusive gated community by Ayala Land Premier, RE2 was asked to design a central clubhouse and amenity core for the residents that truly reflected the calm, relaxed and natural settings.
The scheme comprises of a series of pavilions that sit under one snaking roof form that weaves its way through the landscaping and gardens around. There is a sense of true connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces throughout.
Locally-sourced materials and reliance upon natural lighting and ventilation further add to the occupants' feeling of being in a natural oasis.
